There are no returns on our handmade items. Each piece represents hours of love and creativity poured out. When you make your purchase you are agreeing to our no return policy.

Every item has descriptions of turn around times, sizing details and all relevant information for each unique product. Please thoroughly read over details per item before making your purchase.

All pieces are shipped out within a week of purchase unless stated otherwise in the products description.

All items are sent through USPS and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of receiving your tracking number. Please double check address and remember to add your apartment number to ensure your package makes it to you in a timely manner.

All e-mails are usually responded to within hours of receipt. I am a stay at home mother, and some days can be busier than others. It's possible there will be times that it can take up to 24 hours to respond.
